I feel that my twelve years of experience in the hospitality industry has prepared me to deal effectively with the variety of clients and customers that will come my way. I am an active listener and blend the buyers expressed needs with the location, amenities and home values necessary to expediently resolve their residential requisite.
I believe that selling a home is an art-form requiring sensitive negotiation and coaching of the owner to properly price and present their home to a pre-qualified buyer.
